Another upgrade today: 1858 Flying Eagle This one OUT  and this one IN This is a Large Letters Obverse, High Leaf, closed E Reverse  Next up will be a Very nice BU 1864 Two Cent Piece, Large Cent (which is in the mail)

Thanks, So far being as picky as I can, seems to be working. But when I go for the large cents, that may change. Finding very nice specimens at reasonable prices seem to be at odds with each other.

I believe being picky with a type set (and in general) is best. You will have an album of coins to be proud of, even if it takes years to find coins that fit your budget.

2 new additions to my 7070 album today. 1846 Braided Hair Large cent, 1881 copper/nickel Three Cent piece (in the mail is a 1851-O Three Cent Silver Piece Trime 3c Type 1)
