Has no coin value but definitely has ancient antiquity value.
Need a specialist in antiquities to be able to give a good opinion. Some specialist ancient coin dealers have that sort of expertise.

You call this a "Rome" ring, are you referring to the city or the Roman Empire. I am NOT an expert, but have handled one or two similar items. One was late Roman/early Byzantine, the other was XIV secolo. Can you guess at the metal, are the images enamel or ceramic and what is the weight?
