This quarter is slightly lightweight, it looks like it was sanded down and the reeded edge removed.. Just PMD now.

what mint is this quarter from? Denver or Philadelphia?

I got it from the bank like that so if it was I wasn't the one who did it and I dont think it is both sides look the same

Yes, well-worn quarter. Likely suffered a mechanical intervention--may have spent time in the inner workings of a dryer drum.
