w/smat. they are similar. too me they look like they were improperly stored. too much glare to determine surfaces

could be UNC details or MS62 with that reverse.

I pulled these from an open cardboard mint set, no envelope. I am unsure of the proper term. But it came in a set of 3 with P,D,S mints.
