1965 Lincoln Cent Missing L In Liberty

I think this is common; however only a dot of the L in Liberty shows and there's a ghost image of the rest of the L on the rim. I assume this IS considered a mint error. JimmyD Bedrock of the Community Canada 20778 Posts	Posted 10/01/2025 5:04 pm Looks like that part of the rim has been flattened pushing it over the L. There is no way for that to happen when the coin was struck, it is damage, not an error. Report this Post to the Staff
