I'm at least sure this one's an RPM rather than PMD, although it doesn't match any listings on CC or VV, but I'm not sure what the damage to the southeast of the date is. Small strike through?

I see split serifs, so it's definitely an RPM. That area near the date could be a minor Lamination issue.

Errers, much appreciated as always. I'd guessed strike through as it almost has the appearance of a grease strike in the field on a clad coin, but lamination would be more likely to affect the rim as seen, wouldn't it?

Yes, it looks like a little lam. I don't think that grease effects would wrap over the rim.

It could be a small lam but looks more like displaced metal that came from the rim.
