Added: It's been pointed out to me, that I was looking at the wrong thing! Not a DDO. Oh well.

Had a hard time with the markers, because they are only explained, not shown. So I'm not 100% sure my marker is correct.
Confident on the DDO, though.

That outline you pointed to on the ear is not part of the Doubled Die. It's supposed to be the doubled portion of the earlobe to the right of the earlobe. Not a DDO, sorry.
