I'm not quite sure what's going on with this one, but it appears Lincoln's tongue is out, or his chin grew an appendage

It doesn't appear to have seen a die clash. I'm not sure what could be the reason.

Edit: Strike that; they polished out under the chin, but I can make out the "C" behind his neck.

I cannot see the C behind the neck, but then you didn't provide a good image of that area.
