I have seen one or two turned digits aka "stuck digits", but this one has the last 3 digits turned (5th digit is also very slight). The other note is typical of a turned digit (last digit - minor).

Peace

Neat. Is there any value to this kind of a note. How much does the digit have to be "off" for it to be collectible? Thanks,

John,
The amount of the "TURN" is the key. For regular FRN's the turn has to be more than say 20 to 30% (my 2 cents).

As per price it depends on condition and I have seen regular ($1) CU's go for $15 and on up depended upon the "turn". The issue with the $1's as an example is sometimes you can have 10 to 100's of them run in sequential order and consequently knocking the price down.

But, $2's and stars due to their "small runs" even the slightest turns and minor errors will be sought after by those collecting errors. The $2 which is VF "may" fetch $50+ and the AU with the slightest turn may be just be worth $25 to someone. That's what I have seen so far.

Peace
