A question regarding details grade slabs: how many problems will the
TPG's list on a slab or only the most obvious or detrimental to the coins value?
If you have an NGC Uncirculated Details Obverse Damage slab that looks blast white can you assume the coin has not been cleaned?
What if a coin has been cleaned, has wheel marks from a roller, a staple scratch from pulling it out of a 2 X 2, rim nicks, and just to make things interesting graffiti from someone carving their initials on it.
