Maybe it's PMD but I've never seen this before.. The close up picture is color transformed because I have a hard time to take a decent picture of it.. Any thoughts on this?

That's an interesting coin. What gets my attention is how the misplaced reeding merges seamlessly with the outer rim. To me, that suggests it is somehow related to this coins reeding, and happened during the strike. I'm unfamiliar with modern Swedish coins, so I'm unsure how this would occur. Perhaps Mike Diamond would have a good idea?

Hi Sander. I am convinced this is a real error coin. I have two similar coins myself. I think sel_69l is on to something here:
