I spent a total of $10 in dollar coins this past week; here's the breakdown:
*Seven for a soda, chips, and a sandwich.
*One in an American Legion donation bin.
*Two to complement the paper bills I had for fuel.

I spent 1 golden and 2 halves at the pizza shop, 3 goldens and 1 half at the flea market, and 1 golden and 2 halves at the grocery store. $7.50 total.

At the pizza shop, I originally had 2 dollar coins in my hand, but I needed a few cents to pay the difference. I pulled out all the coins in my pocket and the girl cashier saw them and commented about the cool coins that I had. So I switched 2 half dollars for one of the dollars. She said she was going to keep the half dollars. She was really impressed with them. It gave me a good feeling.

I spent a total of four dollar coins-three to accompany a $5 bill to pay for admission to a racetrack. The other dollar coin accompanied $2 in bills to buy a cup of popcorn at the track.

well in rhe past 2 weeks I have spent $50 of assorted small dollars probly as many Sacs as prez with just a couple of SBAs at fast food joints, conveint stores, and even a couple at my LCS did the same with $10 in JFKs
