twohawks, you have been more than patient and there is no reason for him not to reply to you within 24 hours. Anything over that is unacceptable. I would file with eBay and get your refund. Reward him with a NEG feedback and put him on your do not buy from list.

WOW I just got the sellers reply..... What Bull
He states that the listing was for a similar type. I have looked over his listing a few times, and this just keeps looking like just a "if you don't catch me" type seller.

Here is the 2nd e-mail I sent and his response as well my second reply.

Dear luckyfish1,

This sale was and is listed as the coin, not a sellers choice of a simalar idem. I have saved the listing no where in it is it stated the seller can or will change the idem. Anyway I do not what this coin as it is not the one in your listing. I will have it in the mail back to you Monday morning by 8:45 AM EST.
