27 grams and it's supossed to weigh 27.2 grams, so it's close enough there. It's a common date that looks like a cleaned VF+ worth about $80 if genuine.

The obverse and reverse pairing is good, a mismatch is usually the first sign of a fake. Overall, it looks good to me although probably priced a little high considering it has been harshly cleaned. However, the seller is at least asking a somewhat reasonable price instead of the typical CL seller fantasy price

Fakes of these can often be detected by testing for poor silver alloy.
A comparison ring tone test with a known genuine coin as a reference may reveal it this one is a fake or no.

There are way too many counterfeits of that coin to risk it. I wouldn't take it.
