BadThad Bedrock of the Community United States 19997 Posts	Posted 01/05/2009 4:15 pm Quite common, I believe it's from oxidation. I know of no way to remove it, I've tried on an experimental piece. I bought four, and all had spots. Should have sent them back, but I didn't. Report this Post to the Staff

All of my silver Eisenhower dollars have some degree of this clouding; the proofs being the more obvious ones.
