They missed the mark on this one, not an AU coin. I would grade it at VF-35, maybe EF-40 depending on what the reverse looks like.

someone got handed a gift on this one and if it were mine I would ship it back to them for review because I wouldn't even want that thing in my collection overgraded by that much, heck you may even get most of the money you paid for the coin back if they downgrade it to where it should have been in the first place

Could be a doctored slab. Could also be a coin which circulated after the toning formed. The reverse (found it on Ebay) makes me think it's a *really* flat strike, but even with all that in mind I wouldn't go over XF45.
