Looks like it has AU details and overall it looks genuine to me. If I were a counterfeiter able to make a replica that looks this good I wouldn't bother to chopmark it, since I could probably get more money for it without the chops.

My personal opinion of chopmarked Trade dollars is that they are cool from a historical standpoint but their price should be discounted in proportion to the degree of design damage. This coin is seriously disfigured by all the chops and IMO should be worth much less than an original, unmarked AU-50 coin.

With all the chop marks on this coin I would expect to see more wear. Also the fields look cast to me. IMO this is a Chinese copy with the chop marks added to give it a look of being circulated in China.
Rest in Peace

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. I was immediately suspicious regarding the overall look of the coin, but most of it could probably be explained. The surface does look weird and lumpy, but that could be a result of the uneven toning, and depressions from chopmarks on the other side. The denticals look a bit uneven, but again could just be toning or the picture. Can you get some better photos?

The "wear" looks very inconsistent as well as the color of this coin. It looks like there was an attempt to make an AU details coin with added chopmarks to boot. I would put my money on a Chinese counterfeit TD.
