Looks like (Face Value + Album)*2=BIN An easy way to acquire a BU set of quarters. Maybe not the lowest cost though. Just my thoughts.

Seller has a complete set of Kennedy proofs, 64 - 89, , and excluding the SMS halves, for $122.50. Book on each coin individually far exceeds the asking price for the entire set.
