I went today to a branch of the ASDA supermarket that I'd never been in before, in Tilbury, Essex, England. When I passed the Coinstar machine, a woman was dumping some coins. After I'd finished shopping, I went to look in the reject tray and found these!

The US dime is 2004-D. Does anyone have any idea what the 'Finger Ten' disc is? (The reverse is blank).

'finger ten' disc

Methinks it is a golf ball spotting token, where the golf player picks up their ball and puts down a token to mark where their ball is...
Also known as a driving range token.

I visited one of my local supermarkets today amd found quite a hoard in the Coinstar reject tray! 27 coins in total including two strange brass Polish tokens, various current Polish and Euro coins and a normal British 5p!

Several free additions to my collection!
