Nice second coin! I'm going with MS-62 RB mostly Brown, may not qualify for any red designation. The spot on the obv and around the ear keep it from 63/64 grades me thinks.

You have to remember, PCGS uses market overgrading. Also, they graded the coin, we had to grade a photo of the coin.
