SupDave - I truly find it extremely hard to pass on a nice, original, problem free coin in MS condition.
I admire Buff Nickels and SLQ's, but have never collected them because they are extremely hard to grade.
Whatever that Lincoln is, if you get tired of it, send it my way. :)

Got that feeling after I won the antimony coin and is in my collection. Other coins don't really facinate as much as they used to...

My St Gaudens double eagle - it was my dream coin since I started collecting at 12 and I thought it would take me well into my adult years to get one. However, earlier this year I managed to save the money so I went to the Noble Auctions in Sydney. After seeing 3 at the viewing (this was the first time I saw them in real life - and they far exceeded my expectations) the first thing I said to my mate who came with me was "I have to have one" At the auction I managed to pick up the best one for a bargain price.

I have been experiencing this phenomenon for about two months...Trade Dollar deficiency.
I have had a couple of close ones...starting to get the shakes.

it happens so often I can't remember the first one! At present it is 1960's and 1970's PNCs that have the Australian 50c coin that get me going...

If I ever find a US Twenty Cent like the one I let slip away a few years ago, "gotta have it" would be an understatement.

I thought so too, until I won this one; https://goccf.com/t/105135It should be delivered today, I missed the post person on Saturday morning by a fraction of an hour, and rescheduled another delivery for today. I am going to keep the better of the two in side-by-side comparison, and let the other go back into the market.

Always wanting to take of our CCF first. I would list it here intitally. My second Twenty Cent Piece arrived earlier today (I'm still at work) so I can compare the two. I will post it here within a day or three.
