It looks genuine to me. Die pair #2
I would say the grade is F15 or maybe VF20.

Hard to tell from the small pictures, but it looks to be a DP2. Lots of these have been faked, it would take an in hand examination to determine authenticity.

I to think this coin would benifit being sent into PCGS or NGC. I am leaning toward it being a die #2.
But as others said it would be nice to see the coin in hand.
