That penny art is 84,000 cents is 8 feet in diameter and weighs around 1200 lbs

Well, there are 304.8mm in a foot. And according to "Coin Facts" each LMC is 19mm in diameter.

304.8 / 19 = 16.042 (Lets just say 16, for the sake of arguement, even though you technically can't have .042 of a cent)

16 x 16 = 256

So the total cost would be $2.56 per sq. foot.
