Nice looking coins to find roll hunting.  The thumbprint spoils the look of the coin, I have found some pretty nice ones roll hunting too, and also found some with fingerprints on them.  |

Not only do I have a 50 y.o coin, but that thumb print's gotta be 40 years old itself.....:)

Sweet pennies, 10x
I'm heading to Fla. next week, bringing my MD (detector) gonna hit the beach and some coinshops I think. See what's going on down there. My first trip there so I don't know what to expect.
Hopefully I'll be able to bring back some nice keepers too.

I can add a 1912 wheatie now to my list of finds. Picture to follow, but definately not in the kind of shape that the one above is, ufortunately.

I have one bank that I go to and every other week it seems, they have these old school brown paper rolls with the cut-outs to see what denomination the coin is that are just dynamite rolls! 73, 72, 77, 78 I've gotten rolls that contain these kinds of coins. Some are that nice olive-brownish and some are reds like the on above. But they are mostly mint grade coins with little or no contact marks. I'm going to be asking soon if they are getting any other denominations rolled like this...:)

Yeah you need to hit that bank frequently. I have a cooler behind me with rolls from 77 and back. I'm not sure if I want to go through them actually and I don't want to lift it right now so it's just sitting there teasing me. Eventually I'll get there.
