i would suspect it is, 3000+ positive feedback at 100%. no way a seller would ruin his rep on such a small error. It also looks incused to me, I bought one off ebay with the seller unaware it was one. Unfortunately condition doesn't seem the best. http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...myworld=true

Hi erkle, did I miss part of the story why were you getting a "replacement" and not the coin in the pic? I figured you weren't getting the unc regular milennium as it is my coin but there was another image in the listing that looked like it might have been the incuse.

I'm not sure what everybody is worried about with this listing. The coin in the picture looks like an incused flag to me! The seller has 3000+ 100% positive feedback. I have bought from this seller in the past and I've never had any problems!

It's not nice to use someone else's pictures to sell a coin. Misrepresentation at the very least.

Am I missing something? Has the seller in this post used a photo from someone else's sales/website? If so then it is a problem! I just thought that this was about the listing provided at he start of this tread but there appears to be some cross tread discussion. The item listed is for an incused flag with a seller with his own (?) photo which to me looked like an incused flag. If I have made a mistake I take is back.

The purple penny is referring to the supposed incuse which erkle paid for. That listing had the plagiarised photo, not this one. If you have dealt with them and had a good experience then that is reassuring and there is probably nothing wrong with it.

The other members are talking about another situation. I simply asked what other thought of the coin in the first post,i did say in post # 4 that the word CENTS on that coin looked to be angled but I also said it could be an illusion of the photo. I have since copied the photo of that coin & turned it so it is obvious now that it was an illusion of the photo as the word CENTS is straight as it should be.

definately incused, but hard to tell accurate condition, wonder if that black mark will come off if you run it under some water?

OK. Based on the listing and the picture (like I have said) it is an incused flag and I have had no problem with the seller in the past. It looks like it could be cleaned up a bit but if it was really easy to do I think the seller would have made some attempt to wipe it off. Looks in an average circulated condition with marks on the high point.

OK, It appears that contents of this thread and another thread (about another coin) have been cross referenced/posted and that has caused some confusion. Sorry, but I was only going by what I read.
