That quote was from him concerning the Battle of Britain,. the continuous bombing of Berlin by the RAF, the man also said: ``Let us brace ourselves that if the British Empire and it's Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, this was their finest hour`` It gives me chills every time I read that quote. |
