Four days until we start and I'm still putting together a list, so many coins so few photos. I need to ship some off to SuperDave and get some quality shots.

10xloupe I misread and was thinking 1900s not 1800s ... sorry about that.

loupe and steve, you can post some of my coins , for I will have some tough choices to make. Hopefully other people will post classics like a Gothic florin and Victorian rupee so I could choose something else. First of all, I think I'll have to cut off my Schaumburg-Lippe thaler since I've already exposed it in a different thread. Although I do think it belongs in here ... And, as with 20th century coins the order of mine will be rather random.

I think I'll post some from my dad's collection. Some really nice pieces.

Thanks anyway, svslav => yah, I was kinda bluffing (I should be able to come-up with 12 pretty sharp coins from the 1800's ... ummmm, otherwise, I'll toss-in a couple of 1800's paper-notes just to rattle some cages!) ... but thanks anyway! (that was very nice of you to offer)

Ummm? ... are we supposed to be starting already? I'm gonna toss-out a nice coin (sadly, it has a semi-fingerprint on it, so I thought that I could waste it on this test round) ... It is a beautiful ol' classic Maritime 20 cent coin => a mere 150,000 coins minted (*sweet*) ... enjoy the freebee => "150" years old => Happy Anniversary! Actually => forget that => sadly, I don't have enough 1800's winners, so this is my "Numer #12 Offering" ... => Ummm, let the games begin!? ... or does someone else have another "official" thread already? => hey, I am easy, not sleezy (well, not "really" sleezy)

Ooops, my bad (sorry, 10xLoupe-Bro) => hmmm well, apparently I've already tipped my hand and shown my Number #12, eh? Oh well => but on the bright-side, you guys can all get your game faces-on and bring-it! => geeesh, I absolutely "love" these coin show-offs! => Oh, and I hope that you guys show me all of your wonderful "stuff" (I can hardly wait!) => man, I love this place (you dudes are basically the only "folks" that really ever see my wares => so thanks for lookin' and sharing the whole thing/experience with me!)

The time has come to start the thread. Please do not post your photos on this thread as there is a new one for the 12 days of 19th century coins.
