I think it may grade F-12. Nice coin!

Jaobler..may I ask the price? CC gold is #1 on my want list. Any other price reference points would be appreciated as well. Nice coin. I love it. Thanks.

I'd say F-15 details (cleaned). Who ever got a VF-25 for that 1874-CC above got a gift.

The reverse would let me push it into the F12-15 area.
Looks to have been cleaned as most of these have unfortunately.
Fantastic, scarce CC gold.

Here's another one for reference. This one is a PCGS VG10:

If I get a CC gold again I want to be able to see the CC well enough.

Any CC gold is beautiful in my book, but it does look like someone mucked-up the surfaces. I am just guessing, but with gold being as soft as it is (comparatively speaking,) it may not take much of a cleaning to do some real damage. I am certainly no expert though...

Possibly cleaned but I don't think it matters much for well worn Carson City Gold. Might just have been slid across the bar a few too many times ...

Update: Just got it back from PCGS, in a no-problem slab. F-15 seems fair to me!

F-15 maybe details on being cleaned, but gold is soft and these coins when pulled from circulation could have the look of a cleaning with all the wipe marks.
