Yep, the guy owes you $15, plain and simple.
Note that he did recently change his tiers though. About a week ago, a $27 purchase would have cost $20 in international shipping. Regardless, he should communicate and honor the terms listed in the auction you won. I hope you get your $15 back.

There is absolutely no way whatever that this seller is going to come out of this "Clean"  I doubt that I will ever see that coin But I WILL get my money back and this seller will get the worst possible feed back that I can think of. I have also reported the seller to ebay. It is less than $50 but there is a principle at stake here. I WILL nail this doodler  |

Neg, neg, neg I don't tolerate crap anymore. I must be getting old and cranky. My last neg started with "excessive postage" But if you haven't seen the coin at all -- harsher words would be used Here are a few I have used RIPPED ME OFF!!! took my money and hasn't sent item DONT DEAL WITH!!! misleading and deceptive ebayer dont waste your time with this seller !. I always look at member feedback before I decide to place a bid on ebay and appreciate when others have shared experiences both good or bad. No matter how good a coin looks or how badly I want it I will pass it up if the seller appears at all questionable to me. |
