What did the TPG certify it as before you set her free? I have seen some 7070's posted here in which the slab inserts were adhered to the back inside cove of the album, for future reference. Edited by oih82w8

Congradulations. I have no slabs at all. I've purchased slabbed coins but always break them out for Albums. Keeping a coin in a slab is only good for resale.

Set free... To each his/her own.. I don't mind slabs. I don't mind albums, I hate folders! I purchased a new whitman folder for ATB Quarters (for circ. finds) and WOW is that paper thin behind the coin slots. I breathed too hard and I blew a hole in the paper! I have some older ones that are certainly of higher quality.. Anyway, these coins have all moved to Danscos!  |

what slab and what grade is the coin? I prefer my coins in a slab for protection of the coin and if I ever need to sell them

I don't know anything about slabs, but isn't that like taking an action figure from its box?

I busted out about 20 the other day. Found a bunch of INB's that someone gave me at some point. Felt good to 'let the pigeons loose'. Not too mention that I could easily see how much the grade was off.
