Looks like a doubled die with some machine damage on it also. I hate it when this happens. I found a cent that that reverse right side had a nice doubled die and the left side had strong machine damage.

In 'GOD' it is strong and with a Typ2 you have a very NICE coin. Congrats. I would think that is worth slabbing..

A Type 2 reverse is normal on the S mint.

First, I find that shooting many coins up-side-down is of great advantage to me. I just flip them when I edit them in Photoshop. On this coin, it's clearly a doubled die. I can't be sure if there is also Strike Doubling too (MD). You are getting a lot of reflections that might be what looks like Strike Doubling (MD). For coins like this setting the light low might help. Nice coin though from what I can see.
