@Steve-Is the Vespasian really blue or is it a lighting effect. Super Nice either way.

Lets see some more blue coins. I would like to see all the blue coins!...I really want to see Blue silver coins, very interesting.

I have no experience with blue silver other than the rainbow look shown above which usually has other colors mixed in. On my screen, the OP coin does not look blue. I'd bet Steve's is a photo problem on a clean silver coin.

Steve, that must be the most common issue of a Constantius follis, with a nice patina but not in a very good shape so...
