Mine showed up on friday, very pleased. I love buying nice coins like this for face value, too bad I missed the HMS Shannon!

Any fellow collectors from the north able to get some extra coins and able to offer up for trade to us southerner? I think it's an interesting series and there are a few American collectors want them on here......

Mine arrived today jammed into a small RCM box with three Reindeers and COAs. There was clear plastics air filled packing rammed in there too. One of the Magical Reindeers was loose and out of it's plastic pouch and one of the non-colour Brock's had escaped too. The paper envelopes where both damaged. After literally hundreds of mint packages over the years, this was the first time that items have failed to arrive in tact. Guess someone at the mint was a little over zealous in packaging and/or the folks at Canada Post were playing football with the box.

Nothing yet for me, why oh why do you lie RCM.

Anyone else notice the difference between the finish of the coloured versus non-coloured? The non-coloured looks sort of frosted?

Yeah, they frosted the non-colorized one.

Great thread here - it's good to see that the Canada Mint offerings were well received, even if they did seem to have a little trouble fulfilling...!
If any collectors are still interested in Brock mints don't hesitate to contact us..
Happy New Year

Hi there,
Sadly I can't help with the Canadian Mint quarters, but the Guernsey Mint have been working with us to produce a fine silver medallion celebrating the life and legacy of Major General Sir Isaac Brock. It has been designed by Oliver Brock, 1st cousin 6x removed to Sir Isaac, and comes from the island of General Brock's birth.
I don't want to be overtly commercial because of the rules of the forum, but it's a great opportunity to own a little bit of history. If you're interested in more information let me know and I'll see what I can do.
