Mate get the coins out of those pvc folders as soon as you can

Good advice Trout ,I was going to leave them in the holders but its probably a good idea to protect them a bit more and put them in 2x2 holders as I have done with my 1966 proof sets

I would acetone them first if I was you. Those wallets are nasty. If they havent already damaged the coins they will as time passes.

This one was taken out of wallet about Ten years ago.
Not treated. The question now will be if acetone can save it.
(And all the others I dragged out)

Lizzy is taking a bath.
Changed blue-green algae acetone allready (15minutes)
Might be able to save her.

One week, several (3) acetone changes.
No rubbing no scrubbing.

Can you take a picture in the same light with the same background?

Did you have it soaking this whole time? I'm interested to know. The longest I have soaked is about an hour.

Easy enough question, but what lighting settup did I use first?
I think it was Compact Flouro, I use LED and Halogen as well.

The most activity was the first 30 minutes.
Solution changed.
The Emu's chest still showed evidence of PVC, the Queens neck also had a little Blue still showing.
24 hours changed solution again.(Emu still a little blue)
Left the coin in until to-day
Not too sure where the yellow cast is coming from,
It's not on the coin!

Excellent... you saved some coins' life there! (can't say the same thing for the poor fish that are now in the original listing!)
