I posted it with you in mind 1967canadianpenny. It is listed on ebay for cheap, I usually list the not issued for circulation coins I find. This is the first 1997 Loonie I have found. I got a quarter a while ago.

I found a 2000 loonie in change last year, and own a well-circulated example of a 1954 NSF penny...

You're kidding! You found that in your change. I'm surprised someone didn't pull it out before you just because it's 'shiny'!
Nice find!

I opened two rolls at work and it was in there. Nice looking polar bear and when I flipped it over 1999 made it a saver.

It is scratched, basically an impaired proof-like, worth exactly $2... what makes it a 'saver'?
I give out impaired Proof-likes, specimens and even proof coins as change at coin shows - once there is a scratch on a collector coin like that, it has zero selling potential to any collector (nobody would buy an impaired proof-like, specimen or proof coin), and will only ever be worth face value. Impaired or scratched silver NCLT from PL sets or proof sets hit the melt bucket...

I'd call it a saver just because I found it in circulation!
