Was in the same boat with the 1st Grosbeak but I told them to keep it and just bought one elsewhere.

Average wait time this year has been 2.1 months. Longest was the Dino at 6 months followed by the Glass bee at 5 months.

But the several orders arrived two weeks after being ordered. I almost always order on the first day of MC release.

Consistently inconsistent.

worth waiting...very nice box... however, better not put you coins in right away. The dimension of the coin holders are not so precise and putting your coins in (at least my case) may cause problem.

@Rockdaddy Actually I got two boxes and I managed to put all the coins in one of the box. However, it seems the dimension of the coin holders in the box does not really fit the coins. For my case, the first coin got no problem but I could not get the 2nd and 3rd coins out when I pushed them all the way in. It was just too tighten (or the capsule of the coin too big? believe me, the capsule is not standardized). Furthermore, you know that the cloth with soft nap? Once you manage to push any coin in or get it out, it can be easily damaged... I lost one of my box in this way and I will just leave my 2nd brandnew box empty without any coins.

I am waiting for the Grosbeak coin and a lunar year coin that is in the same order. I wonder why they don't split orders.

kuh_85...Those have been available in every post office for a while now, whats the hold up with RCM!

I just called RCM, and they said 6-8 weeks is an estimate for when they will start shipping out these boxes.

On another note they said the Late December shipping date for the Penny sets might be moved to January :(

Yeah, I've thought about cancelling the order but I'm kind of interested in seeing if it ever actually shows up! Maybe I'll get in the Guiness book of world records?

Except for the $5 1914 (which isn't entirely NCLT) I stuck to my commitment not to buy anything from the Mint until I receive all my coins.

This phase allowed me to finally beat my addiction. The withdrawal phase lasted about 2 months and I haven't ordered anything since then.

Not NCLT at all. Congrats on fighting the addiction. 😈
