Look up pictures of ancient roman coins with the 'campgate' theme. I'm sure many have been featured in the CCF Ancient subforum. This might not fit exactly what you're looking for, but I think they're close. And the added ancient flavor helps. Also check Doug's site.

I've always thought that this 1996 Smithsonian commemorative dollar has a regal "castle" look.

Those modern coins offer elegant, tasteful representations of castles. If you want something a bit more crude I recommend the silver coinage from the province of Cordoba in Argentina. They're pretty basic!

It seems they gave you the option of paying by check and told you if you wanted to buy using a card there was an additional fee to cover their cost. What is wrong with that? Do you want them to eat the fee? How would they make any money? They did not decline your order or stop you from buying. Why give them a bad wrap!!

Castles on coins is a great theme - definitely possibilities there. Some great coins on show above too. Here is one of mine - rather unusual because of the insert showing a stained glass window (badly photographed - sorry)

If you want one I have a spare of those Gibraltar £1 coins with the castle.

these are some pretty nice looking coins. I just might have to start collecting coins with building subject matter

Those are some great looking castles on those coins. Never heard people even mentioning castles on coins before. Usually it is noted about ships, dogs, planes, horses, etc. but a castle, not usually. First thing I wondered is if there is a Transavania coin with the Frankenstein Castle on it or was that the Dracula one?

This conder token was issued by a town very close to me, showing the old keep. Its in awful condition here, but this is a rare image of it before its various restorations. The whole obverse shows just the castle as it was in the 1790s. Here it is, the only known one to exist, no other examples of this die:
