The five dollar faux coin looks hand made. Folk art in my opinion. I like that sort of thing. Thanks for sharing.

Hmmm...I have seen "Hobo Nickels" and "Potty Dollars", I wonder if someone would use such a practice on actual gold coins?

The dollar looks like an old counterfeit that was in the ground for quite some time and then dug up by someone metal detecting perhaps.
