1935 and 1967 for me. The goose looks simple, and I love that

'67. Those nice folks at the mint did the special design with the Canadian Stork just for the birth of little old me. How could I not appreciate it?

I always thought the 35 & 36 were the most impressive.. As with Glenn I was 12 when my Dad showed me the first one 41 years ago...Thats what got me hooked....

I voted for 1935, because it was the first "dollar" that I bought. The 49 is special, due to the ship design.

'49 Newfoundland

My father is Newfie... Obvious Reason!

1935 is second.. I like the look more than the others.

1935 and 1949 - maybe an edge to the 35.

I would rank them this way.

1. 1935
2. 1949
3. 1958

I voted for the 1935 King George V. Its a thing of beauty and the very first in the iconic Voyageur series.

Alex Colville's 1967 Centennial silver dollar is also pretty special to me. I love the simplicity of its design. This is also the last proper silver dollar we've had since moving over to nickel.

I love the 2012 calgary stampede silver dollar, and many other of the commemorative NCLT versions, otherwise I think the 35' or the 67' is my favorite, although the 49' is a close second.

I love the 1935 one, mostly because it is the first and has George V on it.

In order, my next 2 favorite would be:
1958 British Columbia - I was born in BC and loved it dearly when I lived there
1967 Centennial Goose - Just because it looks so stunning, especially in PL65+ condition.

Jake, you and I are on the same page with the BC "Death Dollar". I wish I had a hundred of those coins to give away to my friends.

1935 because of both the "traditional" voyageur portrait that I associate with silver dollars and that tremendous Obverse, not sure anything can touch that, although I do like all the commemmoratives that were put out as well (as a break to the design) but the 1967 Goose (and whole decimal set) was brilliant as well, but nothing can top the 1935 silver dollar (as well as being the first).
