Nice coin! I sense you got a good deal on it I have a Carthage coin very similar to this one (probably the same type).

I got this coin today (extremely fast shipping... 2 days!) It's even better in hand, and I love it!

It's always nice to receive the coin and it look better in hand. I generally find this to be true with most coins I get. Did you ever say what price you paid? Now I'm curious.

I paid $115 including shipping. And it was worth every penny! It's got a much, much less bumpy surface than the pictures show...

Wow! I would never have guess that this coin would cost so much. I figured it was a $25 coin. Goes to show you what I know. Mea maxima culpa!

I would not have too... Had I not seen F examples of this style (but not type, as they were normally 13mm-15mm) with a fair amount of corrosion sell for $100 including shipping. This one is larger, and very, very cool!

Carthage coins are and can be expensive. I have never and doubt I will ever be able to obtain even the smallest of silver coins. I thought I died and went to heaven when I got my Hannibal Billon Tridrachm. Man- now that was an awesome coin!
