Yes, from what we saw of his bids last year, a lot of it seemed a Shill. The seller/s is/are based in NY.

i think I bought some of these type of coins last year. The ones I got look like someone used a buffing wheel to remove the patina from the high points. I tried to tell him he was destroying the coin but got no response.

That's actually better, because the ebay coin has been slathered with metallic gold paint.
