Got my second coin today with the box. I'm impressed, I expected something cheaper feeling but the box is amazing looking and feels like great quality. I used to laugh at people that paid for the boxes but now can see why. I'm really loving this set now!

Definitely an outstanding set, CC! Good photo too.  We can't fault the mint for anything about this series. I hope to get my final silver and gold Orcas next week. |

I just ordered a set from Gatewest (my 1st order from them). With the release of each of these coins, I kept wishing I had ordered the subscription. Gatewest's price is below issue price & shipping very reasonable. Online orders are being accepted & limit is 3 sets per order.

This is the great purchase, coinhooked.
Recently I've got the last one in the set "The Orca" and now, the set in the box looks amazing...no other words needed.
IMO, this is on of the best "Animals" sets, together with Arctic Fox fractional and Lynx Fractional.
Just in my eyes, the "Caribou" and "Polar Bear" from the O Canada sets (1oz and 1/2oz) level above new coloured animals (from Novemeber release).

Thanks NuMoosematist, I am really looking forward to receiving. Every new coin released in the set had me regretting not subscribing & I did want the case. I was happy to see Gatewest still having it available. The 1/2 oz was nice (I did not get) but the 1 oz looked much superior in design.

It is one of the nicest sets I have seen, with a beautiful case for presentation.Really well done IMO.
I like both the traditional and coloured coins alike now, but if you are a traditionalist silver coin collector, meaning just silver, I would recommend this one as a must have!
