under a loupe its hard to see a cleaning....pictures, yup I have to agree with it being over dipped. Not bad in hand but the luster is a bit impaired, evident of dipping.

check inside letters and numbers and you will see the original coin, also fine polish lines in field and on face visible, I would say evidence of polishing, not dipping

AU details. Looks like someone tried to polish up the obverse a bit to make the coin look MS.

I guess I'm still torn between AU and BU details on this one.

I don't think it was polished, just lightly dipped, you can still see the residual residue/toning between all the letters of America, same thing goes with the obverse.

I may just take this one to a dealer and try to move it. I'm not comfortable selling cleaned coins online.

Obverse has the look of an AU coin. Reverse looks MS

I think all the "chatter marks" particularly on the face might lower the grade, therefore I'm going with MS-62. Very nice details.

Any CC is worth $$. I would estimate, (IMO obviously), this FMV to be around $225.

(And Hey! Look at that!! 5,000 posts! Who wudda thunk it?)

Reverse is nicely struck, but the light marks on Liberty's face could be an issue...
