Actually it is an 1835 half eagle...but this whole listing does not look right.

Lemme do the math: $75,000 divided by 100 coins is $750 per coin. My gut says you would wind up with nuthin'.

BEWARE.......ships from Amityville......maybe from the same house portrayed in the '70's movie.

Probably a curse on these babies!

If in doubt, call him on the telephone. He lists a number. If he was closer I'd drive over and view the coins. He's looking for a fast flip even though he'd be better off selling them one at a time.

It ships from Long Island New York, but has a New Jersey phone number. I don't trust it, lol...

Does sound too good to be true. Wouldn't but it unless I saw it in person first.

Check out his other items, 1000 pounds of coins and 910 pounds of coins. Both over $220,000.

Oh, now you're talking! Wait, he does not have any 3 cent nickels. I guess I will have to pass on these.

Well, I certainly wasnt planning on buying it....but it was a joy to see so much classic raw gold variety in one lot. I don't see that very often.

A nice lot, but a little weird. If you look at his feedback, he has nothing but comic book sales, except for his 6 most recent sales. Those 6 are all coins, and all pretty pricey (the lowest price coin auction is $1,125). But in all fairness, his comic books seem to sell for pretty good money.

I bet some kid's grandparent died, and left him their coin collection. Then he took the coins to the nearest place he thought he could pawn them off: the comic book store!

I don't really collect commemoratives, but this looks pretty cool! Not sure at all if the price is right.
