Far as I know Gatewest said you could lock in the price on the set - you prepay up front - It currently shows prepaid. But limited stock so if you want a set - better get an order in soon

I wonder which will end up being the more valuable coin... the robin or the ducks (non-silver edition).
It's anyones guess... maybe they will both be selling for 25 bucks this time next year.
Anyone have their crystal ball out tonight?

I might grab a couple of these coins. I want to get the hummingbird eventually anyways and with the free shipping code it makes it easier to get to MC by the end of the year (my goal).

Elkslayer... I've been looking at your deadly and dangerous coins.. I like them! Is this a popular series or a hard sell?

What I do like is that this box can only be used for this set because there's a huge spot in it for the duck call.
The Group of 7 box is like that too and that box is selling for around $200 on it's own because it's rare.
This box might go the same way. Not same value but could be $100 box if this set is popular.

Flippers did not believe in Go7 so it was selling quite slow and mainly to collectors. Box was available at the time of 2nd coin release (GWest). Main audience - collectors, so not many sets will be on market.
Ducks are more affordable and free boxes is hot thing so many loaded up, despite higher mintage. Main audience - flippers.
So I highly doubt ducks will have much more commercial success than Go7 (especially when everybody start dumping them in Mar 2014)

About the Birks Pendant
This stunning silver pendant and matching earrings feature the art design of the thunderbird, a supernatural being that is greater and stronger than all other creatures.

The legend
In ancient times, a great flood threatened the survival of the Squamish people. The people banded together in canoes and tied their hands to En cheki (now Mount Garibaldi in British Columbia) so they wouldn't drift away. A thunderbird caught a salmon and dropped it into the canoes, ensuring the people's survivalâ€"a story that illustrates the importance of co-operation and the powerful, inter-connection between man and nature.

This Birks Pendant will make a wonderful present for that special someone in your life.

Nope... unfortunately not this guy...I may ask my rep why not! I have heard of others getting it, not that my wife would want sterling silver ear rings!

Does the mint website saying 'awaiting stock' for the 50cent roll actually mean sold-out?

@ PrinceD11 Not sure if it does or not, but I notice ebay dealers using "awaiting stock" on the Mint website to mean "Sold out at the Mint!" I'm assuming it means all existing units are sold, but *supposedly* more will eventually come off the assembly line, since it's still in production. Anyone think I'm too optimistic?

Sometimes the coins return to be in-stock.
But it better not to wait, just search for it from other source.
Colonial Acres have it, I believe that Gatewest and Canadian Coins and Currency too.
