Here in Rhode Island we see them but they are strictly "P". Still waiting for the NH White Mountain though....

If anyone looking for these is in the Washingotn, DC area, you should know (if you don't already) that you can get these for face value at the US Mint Headquarters. They have a change machine in the lobby and you can get either $1 or $5 dollars in the current issue quarters. There is usually a rush the first week they come out but that drops off rapidly. Good thing is they dump P and D bags into the machine so you usually get a good mix. I've been getting $15 worth of each issue since they started.

I have found all of the P and several D. I have a roll or two of assorted ATBs I have set aside from roll hunting. Anyone want them for face plus postage, PM me.

I trade for 'em down in B/T/S and my asking prices are cheap (basically, Don's deal all over again, but I like to try to get nice shinies you don't want in exchange--although I accept current face value coin of the realm, too). I have lots in D and a few in P and most of them are quite nice.

I rarely see an ATB Quarter in circulation so I buy a P & D off ebay.

But a bank nearby always gets a box in of the D mint about a month after they're released. They stick them in the back room and when anyone asks for them they sell a roll at a time for face. I pick up a roll then.
