Some of the tone has rubbed off on the high points.
I can't quite make up my mind if that is slight wear or not.

I don't think that is PMD at 3 o'clock, it looks like a minor flan split to me. Look closely in front of the 'M'.

From the pics it looks like wear on the high points. But that could just be an effect of the pics. So I will not attempt a grade.

Looks like it may just be an overdate as well, check the second 8 area up close for a horn of the 7 or filling in the lower loop.

Hey now, that is a gorgeous coin. In my opinion, I prefer coins like this one. No question, some original surfaces with luster coming through. Very hard to find these days, at least for Indian cents.
