So I go to the post office with my only slip I have. I never throw them out either and she said this is not the one. She still gave it to us since we have ID but I think we either never got the slip or got it but given the wrong parcel and given the one to that slip.

@Solidifier - Where can you see your tracking number. Would be useful for future purchases seeing it seems Canada Post is starting to get lazy... If in 4 days I would not have picked it up it would have been shipped back to the Mint. They don't even deliver small boxes to your door anymore.

Tristen: Click on your order, and in your first coin, below "Status: Shipped" you will find your tracking number (except if is a lettermail).

I received my Glass butterfly a few days ago. It's looking good. I got the Glass butterfly from CC&C a few days before from the Mint though.....

@Tristen1230 There are a couple of ways to get your tracking number from the mint...once you notice that it says shipped on the RCM site just call them and they will give you a tracking number for it. Or go onto CP website and theres a section somewhere where you can put your e-mail in for notice of deliveries. Then when something gets shipped to you Canada Post sends you an e-mail with info on who sent a package, the tracking number and reference number....hope that helps

Quote: and theres a section somewhere where you can put your e-mail in for notice of deliveries Can you expand on that. I see nothing on CPs website that allows me as a receiver to initiate deliver notice e-mails. A shipper can use CP to notify their customer of shipment (Gatewest use it) but I don't think I can give CP my e-mail address and have them send me a notice of shipment from the RCM or any other organization. Can I?

CC-Ottawa: I think Windstar might have posted something about it here or RFD before. Disclaimer: Not alway works Ex: I want to track my latested shipped item (1/2 oz O Canada). 1- Goes to RCM site and sign in, browse to the listed item. Click on it and get the ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER: 123456 2- go here: http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/a...cution=e1s1, enter 123456 in the box and click search. 3- if result return, and it is on route, I am sure there's an option for CP to notify you when the delivery arrive or status of the delivery

That just a look up by reference number. Works about 50% and only on non-web orders.
Solidifier is suggesting e-mail notification initiated by the receiver. Different animal.
