Very appealing coin,not overpriced. Mintage is to high.

The design will sell better on a 1 kg silver edition.

Can someone explain why a high relief coins cost are high? Does the way they have to make the coins, the technics are more complex?

Yes, it takes many more strikes to raise the relief that high.

This coin should do better once people see it in person and understand the uniqueness of ultra high relief!

@princeD11 - It is so true. In person I loved it. I think $200 is a fair price. Sold out quick. Low mintage.

Online, I really liked the coin. In person, not so much. I decided to pass on it. My dealer showed me the Haida 1997 200 dollar gold mask coin that looked really nice.

I love native art plus I live in Vancouver and remember the windstorm that brought down the tree in Stanley park for which the original piece was carved!

Good looking coin, but 150$ issue price... Too expensive for what it worth...
