I think it graded MS-65 RD though it's a borderline RB/RD.

Few nicks both sides, and the 'M' in 'AMERICA' is a bit knocked up. Rims OK I disagree with MS66. I think MS63. The grader missed that bashed up 'M'! Certainly not MS66, anyway.
One thing you can depend on with Aussies: we are a reasonably forthright bunch. Say it like it is. Perhaps explains why Australian diplomats are not as skillful as our American counterparts. You have had a century more to develop your culture than we have.

and why I won't trust any copper coins with NGC. Not to knock the OPs coin, but I think NGC gets copper coins wrong as often as they get them right, both PCGS and ANACS seem to be pretty darn good on grading them. I went MS64RD because I thought NGC might have overgraded a point or so, being us versus them contest.

I'm sure it looks a lot nicer in hand. The pics aren't telling us everything.

To be honest I arrived at MS-66 RED myself. I thought about MS-67 RED cause boy that reverse has got that superb luster. Well did obverse match that. To me that was a toss up. Look below the final "T" in "Trust" cause those three little contact marks were what tipped the balance for me to deny it 67.

You're looking at 2 over-exposed pictures, it's VERY difficult to figure out a grade from the given information. NGC and PCGS put most of a grade on eye appeal and luster. A few tiny nicks don't have much of an effect on grade unless they're in a field.
